In the publicly accessible portion of the web site, we never publicize any phone numbers, email addresses, or regular mailing addresses, unless authorized by the person.

In the Private - Members Only section, we do post that information. It's password protected, so that only Club members can get access to it.

There is one caveat, though. When your browser prompts you for the userid and password, there is probably a check box asking if you want to save that information for next time. Please do not check the box to save the password.

One of the reasons I ask you to not save it, is that some of our members may get confused later when they hear that some members aren't getting prompted for their userid/password while others are getting prompted. If no one saves their password, then everyone will always be prompted.

A second reason is that it will help reassure everyone that their information is truly protected.
